Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our organic marketing efforts across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand presence, increasing engagement, and driving growth through strategic, non-paid social media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute organic social media strategies aligned with brand goals
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, etc.)
- Monitor trends and leverage them for timely and relevant content
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies based on insights
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams for campaigns




- Maintain brand voice and consistency across all platforms
- Track competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities

Requirements:

- Proven experience in social media management (organic growth focus)
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics)
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing
- Experience working with influencers or brand collaborations
