We are looking for a creative and growth-focused Social Media Manager who can manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and help increase reach, engagement, followers, and overall brand visibility.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), Threads, Pinterest, and other major social media platforms.

We are looking for someone who understands not only how to publish content, but also how to identify trends, create engaging content ideas, analyze performance, and continuously improve social media growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts
- Plan weekly and monthly social media content calendars
- Research trending topics, content ideas, and audience interests
- Create engaging ideas for Reels, posts, carousels, stories, and short-form content
- Write engaging captions, hooks, CTAs, and social media copy
- Optimize content for better reach, engagement, and discoverability
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), Threads, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms
- Monitor trends, viral content formats, hashtags, keywords, and competitor activity
- Coordinate or create basic social media graphics using Canva or similar tools
- Support Reel and short-video creation, including concepts, scripts, hooks, and editing direction
- Schedule and publish content consistently
- Monitor comments, engagement, and audience interactions
- Analyze content performance using platform analytics
- Track reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, clicks, and other important metrics
- Identify which content performs best and use those insights for future content
- Conduct competitor and industry research
- Suggest new strategies to improve organic social media growth
- Maintain consistent brand voice, visual identity, and content quality
- Stay updated with changes in Instagram, Facebook,



X, Threads, Pinterest, and social media trends

Required Skills:

- Valuable understanding of social media marketing
- Hands-on experience managing social media accounts
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, posts, carousels, and Stories
- Knowledge of Facebook, X (Twitter), Threads, and Pinterest
- Ability to identify trending and potentially viral content ideas
- Good caption and social media copywriting skills
- Understanding of hooks, CTAs, hashtags, keywords, and audience engagement
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
- Basic knowledge of Reel/video editing is preferred
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
- Good research and creative thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines
- Good attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

- Experience growing social media accounts organically
- Experience creating or managing viral or high-engagement content
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools
- Understanding of social media SEO
- Experience with content calendars and scheduling tools
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and branding
- Experience working with healthcare, wellness, e-commerce, or educational content is an advantage

Experience: Minimum 1 year of practical social media management experience preferred. Candidates with a strong portfolio or proven social media results will be given preference.

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for someone who is creative, proactive, consistent, and genuinely understands social media.

The candidate should be able to research new ideas independently, understand what type of content can attract attention, and continuously test new approaches to improve reach and engagement.

Salary is depending on skills, experience, creativity, and practical social media knowledge.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
