Role & Responsibilities

Manage and maintain social media platforms, primarily Instagram and Facebook.

Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, captions and short-form videos.

Assist in developing and executing social media content calendars.

Research trending topics, hashtags, sounds and content formats relevant to the brand.

Create basic creatives using Canva and coordinate with the content/design team when required.

Support Malayalam-language content creation and communication for the Kerala audience.

Monitor social media engagement, comments, messages and audience interactions.

Track basic social media performance and prepare simple reports on reach, engagement and growth.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates.

Assist in social media campaigns and other digital marketing activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate/final-year student in Marketing,



Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Strong interest in Social Media and Digital Marketing.

Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook and Reels.

Comfortable creating content using Canva.

Basic knowledge of video editing is an advantage.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Malayalam-speaking candidate with the ability to understand/create Malayalam content.

Creative, proactive and willing to experiment with recent content ideas.

Good understanding of current social media trends, hashtags and viral content.

Ability to work independently in a remote working environment.
