We are hiring Social Media Executives at The Grey Metaphor one Experienced candidate with 2+ years of experience and one Gen Z-driven creative candidate with solid editing skills .

The role involves planning, creating, and managing social media content for brands, keeping up with trends, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring brand communication stays fresh, relevant, and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage social media content across platforms
- Create content ideas, reel concepts, captions, and monthly calendars
- Stay updated with trends, formats, memes, reels, and platform changes
- Coordinate with design, content, client servicing, and video teams
- Support shoot planning, content execution, and post scheduling
- Use AI-based platforms/tools for content ideas, research, and faster execution
- Track social media performance and suggest improvements
- Ensure brand tone, communication, and visual direction remain consistent





We Are Looking For

Experienced Candidate:

Someone with 2+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content strategy, with strong knowledge of AI-based platforms, excellent communication command, and the ability to plan, manage, and execute social media content confidently.

Creative / Gen Z Candidate:

Someone with a strong understanding of current trends, Gen Z content style, reels, memes, short-form videos, and platform culture. Basic editing skills are needed, along with a fresh creative perspective and passion for social media.
