- Manage and maintain social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and other relevant platforms.

- Develop and execute monthly social media strategies and content calendars.

- Create engaging and creative content ideas for posts, reels, stories, carousels, and other formats.

- Write captions, social media copy, hashtags, and CTAs according to the target audience.

- Research current social media trends, viral content, hashtags, and industry updates.

- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to create high-quality social media creatives and videos.

- Schedule and publish content according to the approved content calendar.

- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions and ensure timely responses.





- Track social media performance using platform insights and analytics.

- Prepare weekly/monthly social media performance reports.

- Analyze competitors and identify current opportunities for improving engagement and reach.

- Stay updated with changes in social media algorithms, features, and best practices.

- Support paid social media campaigns when required.

- Ensure all content follows the client's brand guidelines and communication style.

- Manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines consistently.
