Job Overview

We are looking for a Social Media & Online Research Executive to support our marketing, customer research, online listing, and digital business development activities.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of social media platforms, internet research, and computer operations. Previous professional experience is not mandatory. Training will be provided to the selected candidate.

- Key Responsibilities Research potential customers, jewelry businesses, boutiques, designers, retailers, and wholesalers online.
- Find and collect relevant business information from Instagram, Facebook, Google, websites, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
- Research customer and business profiles and maintain accurate data.
- Prepare and maintain customer/lead databases using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Find business contact information such as website, email, social media profiles, and publicly available business contact details.
- Search for relevant jewelry businesses and potential buyers in India and international markets.
- Assist in creating and maintaining online business listings and product listings.
- Manage basic social media activities, including searching relevant accounts, monitoring profiles, and identifying potential customers.
- Assist with social media marketing and customer outreach activities.
- Keep collected data organized and regularly update existing databases.
- Support the team with basic online marketing and digital research tasks.
- Perform other computer-based research and administrative tasks as required.
- Required Skills Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and websites.




- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good internet browsing and online research skills.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Ability to identify helpful and relevant information online.
- Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing.
- Good communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data.
- Willingness to learn new tools and techniques.

Experience/ Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with 0–1 years of experience in social media, data entry, online research, digital marketing, lead generation, or similar work are preferred, but experience is not mandatory.

Basic knowledge is sufficient — training will be provided.

Educational Qualification Minimum 12th pass / Graduate. Candidates with a background in Commerce, Computer Applications, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field may be preferred.
