Host2Unlimited is a digital marketing agency specializing in the education sector. We work with schools, colleges, universities, coaching institutes, and EdTech brands to build their digital presence through social media, content marketing, branding, digital campaigns, PR, and events.

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Executive / Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media platforms, content planning, current trends, and digital marketing. You will work closely with our content, design, video, photography, and marketing teams to manage social media activities for our clients.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys social media, content planning, client coordination, shoots, events, and creative marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and maintain monthly social media content calendars.
- Coordinate posts, reels, stories, carousels, captions, and video content.
- Research trending reels, audio, hashtags, formats, and social media trends.
- Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, video editors, photographers, and videographers.
- Coordinate with clients for content requirements, feedback, and approvals.
- Assist with photoshoots, video shoots, school/college events, exhibitions, and event coverage.
- Visit client locations when required for shoots, meetings, events, and content collection.
- Ensure content is completed, approved, scheduled, and published on time.
- Monitor comments, DMs, mentions, and audience engagement.
- Track social media performance and assist with monthly reports.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure deadlines and client requirements are met.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Identify current content ideas and opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and brand visibility.




- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and content strategies.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong social media knowledge and an interest in digital marketing are welcome to apply.
- Positive understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and social media management tools.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, shoots, and events when required.
- Experience with schools, colleges, education brands, or digital marketing agencies will be an added advantage.
