About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, social, proactive individual to run IRA SKILLS’ day‑to‑day social media. You’ll create content (posts, reels, carousels), manage our channels, engage with our audience, and help grow our brand presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, carousels, shorts) for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Write clear, catchy captions, hooks, and hashtags aligned to our brand voice.
- Maintain a monthly content calendar and ensure on‑time scheduling and publishing.
- Design basic graphics and templates using Canva (or similar tools) and collaborate with designers/editors when needed.
- Shoot/edit short‑form videos on mobile (Reels/Shorts), including simple cuts, captions, and trending audio.
- Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions; respond promptly and escalate queries when required.
- Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, shares, followers) and prepare simple weekly/monthly reports.
- Stay updated on trends, formats, and platform changes; suggest new content ideas and experiments.





Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate degree (any stream).
- Robust command of English; Hindi/Marathi is a plus.
- Comfortable creating content on Instagram/LinkedIn; personal or college project social handles are a bonus.
- Basic skills in Canva (or similar) and mobile video editing (CapCut/InShot/etc.).
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Willingness to learn quickly and take feedback.

Good to Have

- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, or scheduling tools.
- Basic understanding of analytics (insights, reach, engagement rate).
- Interest in education/skills/training domain
