? 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Type: Full-Time | In office

? What You’ll Be Doing

- Recording and editing high-quality Instagram Reels & short-form video content
- Creating engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn
- Planning and executing social media campaigns
- Implementing Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies
- Managing content calendars and posting schedules




- Analyzing performance metrics and optimizing campaigns
- Contributing creative ideas aligned with trending formats
- Strengthening SHEMROCK’s digital brand visibility

✅ What We’re Looking For

- Strong experience in Social Media Marketing & SMO
- Hands-on expertise in reel recording, editing & content production
- Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, etc.)
- Understanding of trends, hooks, retention techniques & engagement growth
- Strong writing & communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with performance analysis capability
- Experience in the education sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
