Job Summary

Were looking for a Social Media Executive with 4-5 years of hands-on experience who lives and breathes social - someone who spots a trending moment before it peaks, turns it into a scroll-stopping reel by lunch, and has the data chops to tell us exactly how it performed by evening. Youll own our social presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook and other such platforms, driving both organic growth and paid campaign performance.

Prior experience in a Fintech/BFSI environment (good to have).

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Calendar Ownership

- Build and execute monthly social media calendars for both brands and platform-specific organic/paid growth strategies. Own the content pipeline from ideation to publishing, ensuring a consistent cadence across all channels. Content Creation & Brand Guardianship

- Supervise the creation of copy, reels, static posts, carousels, and video scripts. Ensure every piece of content - whether a 7-second reel or a long-form LinkedIn post - is on-brand in voice, visual identity, and messaging. Topicals & Moment Marketing

- Be the teams radar for trending moments, pop-culture hooks, and calendar events. Conceptualise and ship reactive content (topicals, memes, trending audio reels) quickly without compromising brand tone.

Community Management

- Oversee daily audience engagement - respond to comments, DMs, and mentions. Build and nurture active online communities around the brand, managing ORM with speed and empathy.

Influencer Marketing

- Identify, outreach, and manage collaborations with micro and macro-influencers. Handle end-to-end coordination - from briefing and scripting to content approvals and performance tracking.

Analytics & Reporting

- Track KPIs (engagement rate, reach,



impressions, follower growth, conversions) using native insights and tools like Meta Business Suite.
- Stay on top of algorithm changes, emerging formats, and platform-specific trends.
- Present weekly/monthly/annually performance reports with actionable recommendations. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with design, copywriting, PR, and sales teams to ensure social output is aligned with broader marketing campaigns, product launches, and company goals.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors/Master s degree in Marketing, English, communications, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or consumer-tech brands.

- Proven track record of growing social handles organically and running paid campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong instinct for topicals and moment marketing - you know whats trending and how to make a brand part of the conversation.

- Excellent command over short-form video (reels, Shorts) - from concept to scripting to performance analysis.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social analytics/scheduling tools.

- Sharp copywriting sensibility - comfortable writing in English and Hinglish for diverse Indian audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple deliverables, and meet tight deadlines.

Good to Have

- Experience working on brand launches or current-to-market products.
- Familiarity with SEO/ASO basics and how brand feeds into broader digital marketing.

- Basic understanding of design tools (Canva, Figma) for quick mock-ups and creative briefs.
- Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
