We are looking for a creative, proactive and trend-savvy Social Media Marketer to manage and grow the social media presence of SnapShopHub.com and LetsDiskuss.com .

The ideal candidate should understand social media beyond simply posting content. You should be able to identify trends, create engaging content, develop ideas for Reels and Shorts, build communities and use analytics to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn

• Create and manage Reels, Shorts, videos, posts, carousels and other content

- Develop fresh and creative content ideas aligned with brand objectives

• Identify and leverage trends, viral formats and relevant social media opportunities

• Increase reach, engagement, followers and community participation

- Manage comments, messages and audience interactions

• Plan and maintain a social media content calendar





- Collaborate with design, content, SEO and marketing teams
- Monitor social media analytics and prepare performance insights
- Test new content formats and continuously improve performance

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts

• Experience in creating or managing short-form video content

- Positive understanding of social media algorithms, engagement and organic growth
- Strong creative and communication skills
- Ability to generate fresh content ideas independently
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking
- Proactive attitude with strong ownership and execution skills
