Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Executive, based in Noida. The Social Media Executive will manage and grow the company’s social media presence across various platforms, develop and execute social media strategies, and ensure optimization and engagement with online audiences.

- Manage the company's social media accounts and publish news pieces extracted from the website.
- Have in-depth working knowledge of social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Threads.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills; should be good at crafting error-free, grammatically correct social media copy.
- Perform regular competitive scans.
- Work closely with the Events team to plan and execute content.
- Monitor trends in social media.
- Prepare monthly social media reports to gauge the success of posts.
- Have experience with social media analytics.
- Be well-versed in creating reels on Instagram.
- Have basic knowledge of Canva.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
- Should be adaptable with work timings.
