About the Role

We are looking for a creative, articulate and hands-on Social Media & Content Executive to create and manage content for multiple brands across consumer, B2B, technology and healthcare sectors.

You will work directly with the founder on content strategy and execution across LinkedIn and Instagram. This role is ideal for someone who can take a rough idea, brief or voice note and independently turn it into compelling, well-written and visually strong content.

Role & Responsibilities

- Create and manage content for LinkedIn and Instagram across multiple brands.
- Write engaging posts, captions, hooks, stories and brand-led content.
- Design static posts, carousels, stories and other social creatives.
- Create and edit Reels and short-form videos, including cuts, subtitles, B-roll and music.
- Use Canva/Adobe and AI creative tools effectively for content creation.
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars.
- Adapt writing style, visual language and tone for very different brands and audiences.
- Research relevant topics, trends and content opportunities.
- Schedule/publish content and ensure consistency across accounts.
- Track performance and recommend improvements based on engagement and analytics.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Excellent command of written English this is essential.
- Strong creative thinking, storytelling ability and visual sense.




- Good understanding of LinkedIn as well as Instagram.
- Hands-on experience with Canva/Adobe or similar design tools.
- Comfortable editing Reels and short-form video.
- Comfortable using modern AI tools for ideation, images, research and content creation.
- Able to understand a business and translate its ideas into interesting content.
- Can manage multiple brands, deadlines and content calendars simultaneously.
- Curious, proactive and capable of working independently.
- High on honesty, integrity, reliability and transparency.
- Open to feedback without needing constant supervision.
- Portfolio/work samples are mandatory.

What We DON'T Want We are not looking for someone who simply schedules posts or works entirely from templates. We want a content creator and thinker who can write well, has strong visual taste, understands different audiences and enjoys experimenting with new formats and tools.
