We are looking for people who are interested in creating short-form videos and growing social media accounts organically.

This is a 7-day practical performance trial. Successful participants may be offered ongoing paid work with us.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Create a new Facebook Page and Instagram account.

- Create short-form videos based on the sample/reference videos we provide.
- Post at least 1 video every day for 7 consecutive days.
- You may upload unlimited videos during the challenge.
- Focus on generating genuine organic reach and engagement.
- Share the required account and performance information with us.

PERFORMANCE PAYMENT

• Every video reaching 10,000 qualified organic views earns ₹1,000.

- At least 2 different videos must reach 10,000 qualified organic views to qualify for payment.
- Once qualified, all qualifying videos will be counted.
- Maximum payment: ₹10,000 for the 7-day trial.




- Results will be verified through platform analytics.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to complete all 7 days.

- Must post at least 1 video every day.
- Must follow the provided guidelines.
- Artificial views, bots, fake engagement, paid promotion, or other methods used to artificially increase views are not allowed.

AFTER THE TRIAL

Participants who demonstrate strong and consistent performance may be selected for ongoing paid content creation work.
