Social Media Branding & Content Creator - Remote

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Branding & Content Creator to join our growing team at RCK Techiees.

The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of social media, branding, and visual storytelling, with the ability to turn ideas into engaging content that builds brand presence and connects with audiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms
- Develop visual content that aligns with the company’s brand identity and communication goals
- Plan and execute social media content calendars across relevant platforms
- Write compelling captions, copy, and other written content
- Conceptualize creative campaigns and content ideas to improve audience engagement
- Research current social media trends and identify opportunities to enhance content performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and translate ideas into effective content
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all channels
- Monitor content performance and use insights to continuously improve future content




- Proactively experiment with new content formats, ideas, and creative approaches

Required Qualifications

- Experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, branding, or a related field
- Strong creative and visual storytelling skills
- Good understanding of social media platforms and content formats
- Ability to create engaging content aligned with brand identity
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills
- Basic understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and content performance
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple content requirements

Preferred Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with design and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
- Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
- Experience creating short-form videos / Reels and other visual content
- A portfolio showcasing previous social media, branding, or content creation work
