About the Role

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Content Producer to build and grow the digital presence of our AI products.

This role will focus on social content creation, video production, product storytelling, audience growth, and content promotion, particularly across LinkedIn and other relevant social platforms.

You will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams to transform complex AI and technology concepts into clear, engaging, and visually compelling content.

The role will involve creating content before, during, and after product launches, including LinkedIn posts, short-form videos, reels, product explainers, campaign content, and promotional assets.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage engaging social media content for LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
- Produce short-form videos, reels, product explainers, and promotional content
- Develop social posts around product features, updates, announcements, launches, and campaigns
- Translate complex AI and technology concepts into simple, engaging stories
- Build pre-launch awareness and grow the product's online audience
- Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar and publishing schedule
- Work from established briefs, product direction, and brand guidelines to execute content
- Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams to gather information and develop content
- Identify relevant social media trends, content formats, audience interests, and competitor activity




- Promote and boost relevant content to reach targeted audiences
- Monitor content performance, including reach, impressions, engagement, CTR, and audience growth
- Analyze performance data and recommend improvements to content and campaigns
- Apply basic SEO, keyword, hashtag, and content optimization practices to improve discoverability
- Support product launches, campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications

- 1 year of qualified experience in social media, content production, video editing, digital marketing, or a similar role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and social content production
- Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn or other professional social media channels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in any video editing tools
- Ability to independently create polished short-form videos and social media content
- Strong storytelling and content-writing skills
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
- Ability to work from briefs and established brand guidelines
- Strong research, organization, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and maintain a consistent content delivery schedule

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience creating content for B2B, technology, AI, SaaS, or healthcare brands
- Experience creating LinkedIn-native content and short-form videos
- Experience with product launches or pre-launch marketing campaigns
- Experience marketing complex technology or enterprise products
- Understanding of LinkedIn content promotion and paid campaigns
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Basic understanding of SEO and content discoverability
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar design/video tools
- Experience using AI tools for content creation, editing, or ideation
- Understanding of lead generation and digital marketing funnels
- Portfolio is required for consideration.
