About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Social Media Executive. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring flawless execution across marketing initiatives.

The individual will play a critical role in influencer management, social media operations, reporting, campaign tracking, and marketing analytics, helping the team execute and scale marketing efforts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Operations & Reporting

- Maintain and manage social media calendars, content trackers, and reporting sheets.
- Ensure timely publishing and coordination of content across social media platforms.
- Support weekly and monthly reporting of social media activities and content performance.
- Organize content assets, briefs, and campaign documentation in a structured manner.
- Track key social media metrics and maintain accurate records of performance data.

2. Influencer Marketing Coordination

- Research, identify, and shortlist relevant influencers aligned with brand objectives.
- Coordinate outreach, negotiations, follow-ups, and campaign execution.
- Maintain influencer databases, communication records, and performance trackers.
- Assist in tracking influencer content delivery and campaign outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with creators and agency partners.

3. Community Management & Engagement

- Monitor engagement, comments, messages, and customer feedback across social media platforms.
- Respond to customer queries and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolutions.
- Foster positive interactions with the online community and strengthen brand engagement.
- Identify opportunities to increase audience participation and community growth.
- Escalate sensitive customer concerns and reputation-related issues to appropriate stakeholders.

Online Reputation Management (ORM)

- Monitor brand mentions, reviews, ratings, and customer sentiment across digital platforms.
- Track customer feedback across marketplaces, social media channels, and review platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address negative feedback and customer concerns.
- Maintain ORM trackers and regularly report on brand sentiment trends.
- Identify recurring customer issues and provide insights to relevant teams for improvement.

5. Content & Brand Coordination

- Coordinate with content creators, designers, videographers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely content execution.
- Assist in planning and organizing content shoots, influencer collaborations, and brand campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging content opportunities.
- Support content ideation by identifying relevant trends, formats, and audience interests.
- Ensure brand consistency across all published content and communication.

Who Should Apply Must-Have Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in social media, community management, influencer marketing, marketing operations, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and strong execution capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital communication.
