About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive SMO Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with social media platforms, content promotion, audience engagement, competitor research, and basic digital marketing practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, reach, and engagement.
- Manage company profiles across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, schedule, publish, and optimize engaging social media content.
- Coordinate with content and design teams for posts, creatives, videos, captions, and campaigns.
- Conduct competitor, hashtag, audience, industry trend, and topic research.
- Monitor and respond professionally to comments, messages, reviews, and brand mentions.
- Build and maintain an active and engaged online community.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Support paid social media campaigns in coordination with the performance marketing team.
- Ensure all social media content follows brand guidelines and communication standards.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, algorithms, and best practices.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of major social media platforms and their features.
- Basic understanding of SMO,



Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Digital Marketing.
- Strong written communication and caption-writing skills.
- Creative thinking with an understanding of different social media content formats.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics, insights, and reporting.
- Ability to conduct competitor, audience, hashtag, and trend research.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
- 2–3 years of experience in SMO, Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related role.
