Role: Sales & Business Development
CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA Fixed + ₹2.5 LPA Variable
Shift Options
APAC: 05:00 AM – 02:00 PM IST
US: 07:30 PM – 04:30 AM IST
What You’ll Do
- Engage with SMEs through outbound calling
- Drive live selling and seller activation
- Schedule and conduct onboarding conversations
- Build trust and deliver a great customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years in outbound sales / inside sales / customer support
- Robust communication with a neutral English accent
- Confident in cold calling and objection handling
- Target-driven, resilient, and process-oriented
- Experience with CRM tools (Zendesk is a plus)
