Responsibilities

Mobility Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) primary responsibility is to provide support to an organization’s Mobility (MDM/MAM) infrastructure to help them meet their business goals on the go. This is done by performing the regular BAU activities on cloud mobility infrastructures like On-premises / Cloud based mobility MDM infrastructures like VMware Workspace one UEM (AirWatch) / Microsoft Intune or equivalent platforms, Periodic maintenance and addressing repetitive end user incidents and requests within the specified SLA.

1. Own and operate company’s deployed MDM solutions (on-premises and cloud).
2. Monitor, Report, Administer, Troubleshoot, and provide L2 support for mobility infrastructure.
3.



Develop and maintain technical documentation and best practices.

Technical Skills 1.Mobility: Understanding of cloud and on-premises mobility solutions like Workspace ONE (formerly AirWatch) and Intune. It also covers knowledge of iOS, Android, Windows, and MacOS platforms, as well as the ability to configure, troubleshoot, and resolve mobile device management issues. Additionally, it includes knowledge of Autopilot, enrollment, configuration policies, conditional access, compliance, and security conditional access for Azure Active Directory.

2.Application Packaging and Publishing: Troubleshooting application packaging and publishing on mobile devices, Windows, and Mac. It involves using tools like Intune Application Wrapper, Jamf Composer, and other packaging tools, as well as publishing apps through Intune, AirWatch, and SCCM.

3.AD / AAD: Basic Active Directory and Azure AD user administration, including managing users, groups, computers, group policies, and DNS.

4.End-User: Managing Outlook Mobile clients on iOS and Android platforms, Teams/OneDrive/BOX mobility clients, and handling device enrolments, remote full and partial wipes.

5.Scripting: Basic scripting knowledge for custom application deployment
