Slimming Head

About the Role

Lead the Slimming department at a VLCC centre. Drive category sales, technical excellence, customer satisfaction, and team performance while ensuring operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit targets for Slimming services
- Maintain NPS above 90% and deliver high service standards
- Lead, train, and manage the Slimming team (therapists, dieticians, physiotherapists, etc.)
- Monitor client progress, ensure SOP compliance, and handle escalations
- Oversee equipment maintenance, stock management (FIFO), cleanliness, and productivity
- Drive up-selling, cross-selling, and execution of packages
- Conduct regular audits, reviews, and team meetings
- Coordinate with Centre Head and Corporate on technical inputs, reports, and promotions

Requirements

- PhD or MSc in Nutrition & Dietetics




- 4–5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in wellness, weight management, or beauty/slimming centres)
- Strong technical knowledge of nutrition and wellness services
- Proven sales and target achievement ability
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Ability to solve client issues and deliver results against weight-loss and treatment goals
