About the Role

Garekars MD LLP is looking for a Female Skin Therapist / Laser Technician with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in skin, laser, and aesthetic treatments.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating laser and aesthetic equipment, performing skin treatments as per prescribed protocols, handling patients professionally, and maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and patient care.

The selected candidate will be required to work across our four clinics two in Delhi and two in Gurgaon – as per the clinic roster and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform skin, laser, and aesthetic treatments as per established clinical protocols and instructions.
- Operate laser and other aesthetic equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prepare patients for procedures and explain the treatment process clearly.
- Handle patients professionally before, during, and after treatments.
- Follow treatment protocols and instructions provided by doctors/clinical supervisors.
- Ensure proper preparation, cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance of treatment rooms and equipment.
- Maintain strict hygiene and infection-control standards during all procedures.
- Monitor patients during treatments and report any concerns or unusual reactions to the concerned doctor/supervisor immediately.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of consumables and treatment-related materials.
- Provide a comfortable, skilled,



and positive patient experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment area at all times.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, clinic managers, front desk staff, and other team members.
- Follow all company policies, clinical protocols, safety guidelines, and SOPs.
- Be willing to work at any of the Delhi or Gurgaon clinics as per the assigned roster.
- Perform other relevant duties related to skin and aesthetic services as assigned by the management.

Eligibility Criteria

- Female candidate
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Skin Therapist / Laser Technician / Aesthetic Therapist.
- Practical knowledge of laser and aesthetic procedures is essential.
- Experience in a dermatology, aesthetic, cosmetology, or skin clinic will be preferred.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Must be comfortable with rotational deployment between Delhi and Gurgaon clinics.

Garekars MD LLP operates four clinics – two in Delhi and two in Gurgaon. The selected candidate may be assigned to any clinic based on the monthly/weekly roster, staffing requirements, and operational needs of the organization.
