About the Role We are looking for a Site Coordinator / Supervisor with an interior design and execution background to manage and coordinate day-to-day site activities for interior projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of reading and understanding interior drawings and translating the design into on-site execution. The role will involve coordinating contractors, vendors, and site teams while ensuring that work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities  Supervise and coordinate day-to-day interior site activities.  Read and understand plans, elevations, sections, furniture drawings, working drawings, and detailed drawings.  Ensure execution is carried out accurately as per approved drawings and design intent.  Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other agencies.  Supervise workmanship and ensure proper quality and finishing standards are maintained.  Check site measurements and dimensions and identify discrepancies before execution.  Coordinate the sequence of work between different contractors and agencies.  Follow up on material, manpower, timelines, and pending works.  Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed within the agreed schedule.  Prepare and follow up on snag lists and pending work lists.  Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the design/senior team for timely resolution.  Coordinate material samples, mock-ups, finishes, and approvals.  Ensure only approved materials and finishes are used at site.  Maintain daily/weekly site progress updates and records.  Attend site meetings and communicate project progress, issues, and requirements.



 Coordinate with the design team for drawing clarifications, revisions, and execution details.  Ensure the site is maintained in an organised and professional manner.

Required Skills &

Qualifications  1–2 years of experience in interior execution, site supervision, or site coordination.  Background in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.  Strong ability to read and interpret interior drawings.  Practical understanding of interior execution and construction processes.  Good knowledge of interior materials, finishes, carpentry, furniture, false ceiling, flooring, electrical, plumbing, and related works.  Good contractor and vendor coordination skills.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to independently supervise site activities and manage multiple agencies.  Positive attention to detail and ability to identify execution issues.  Basic knowledge of AutoCAD preferred.  Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

They should be proactive, responsible, organised, and detail-oriented, with the ability to supervise work on site, coordinate with contractors, identify problems, and ensure they are resolved promptly.
