About Us

Heritage Landmark Engineering Buildcon is a construction and project management consultancy firm with active sites across Daman, Ahmedabad, Odisha, Udaipur, Abu Road, and other locations. We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at our Vapi/Bhilad/Daman project site.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day construction activities including footing, RCC work, slab casting, and finishing as per approved drawings

Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and ensure execution matches design specifications

Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, and vendors for timely progress of building/structural work

Monitor quality of materials, shuttering, reinforcement, and concreting work on site

Maintain daily progress reports, labour attendance, and material consumption logs

Ensure site safety compliance and discipline

Liaise with project engineers and site in-charge for planning, scheduling, and issue resolution





Coordinate material requirements with procurement/store team

Requirements

Diploma/ITI/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

2–5 years of experience in site supervision for building/RCC construction projects (industrial shed, commercial, or residential building experience preferred, given the Vapi-Bhilad-Daman industrial belt)

Working knowledge of AutoCAD for reading/marking site drawings

Hands-on experience with footing, column, slab casting, and shuttering/de-shuttering work

Ability to independently manage labour and contractor coordination on site

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp-based reporting)

Local candidates from Vapi, Bhilad, Daman, Valsad, Silvassa, or Surat preferred
