Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, coordinate workers, and ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workers.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other team members.
- Ensure materials and equipment are available as required.
- Maintain quality and safety standards at the site.
- Identify and report site issues to the management.
- Maintain daily work and attendance records.
- Ensure the site is clean, organized, and safe.

Requirements

- Minimum 12 years of experience in site supervision preferred.
- Basic knowledge of construction/site operations.
- Valuable communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to handle workers and manage daily site activities.
- Willingness to work at the site and manage responsibilities independently
