Supervise installation of aluminium windows/doors as per drawings and specifications.

Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and the company’s installation team.

Monitor work progress, site readiness, and ensure timely completion of activities.

Check measurements, alignments, and quality of work.

Report site issues to project manager/office and provide solutions where possible.

Ensure safety and proper handling of material at site.

Maintain daily site reports and update project status to management.

Candidate Profile

Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Construction preferred.

Experience: 2–5 years in site supervision (preferably aluminium/UPVC windows, façade, interiors, or construction).

Skills

Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

Strong coordination and people management skills.

Basic computer and mobile reporting skills (WhatsApp, Excel, Email).

Other: Willingness to travel between sites
