The Site Engineer is responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring that construction works are executed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. The role involves technical supervision, coordination with multiple teams, and ensuring proper resource utilization at site.

Key Responsibilities:

*Execute work as per approved drawings and specifications

*Supervise daily site activities and ensure work progress as per schedule

*Monitor workmanship and ensure adherence to quality standards

*Coordinate with contractors and labor teams

*Provide technical guidance to site workers and supervisors

*Plan and monitor material requirements as per work progress

*Ensure all works meet technical specifications and standards

*Take site measurements and maintain measurement records





*Coordinate with Quantity Surveyor for bill verification

*Strong understanding of: Construction drawings (Architectural, Structural, MEP)

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 3–4 years
- Skills: * Fundamental knowledge of building construction processes.
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings.
- Solid communication and leadership skills to manage labor teams.
- Proficiency in Hindi is preferred for site coordination.

Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
