– Site Supervisor (Fresher)

Position: Site Supervisor – Electrical

Experience: Fresher

Education: ITI – Electrical / Diploma – Electrical

Interview Location: Hyderabad

Work Location: Jalna & Chandrapur, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day electrical site activities.
- Assist in electrical installation, maintenance, and site execution work.
- Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and site workers.
- Ensure work is carried out as per project specifications and safety standards.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at the site.
- Prepare basic site reports and maintain daily work records.
- Support senior engineers in site inspection and troubleshooting.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of electrical tools and equipment.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain site discipline.




- Willingness to travel and work at project sites in Maharashtra.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and equipment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of electrical safety practices.
- Ability to work at site and handle field responsibilities.
- Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Suitable for: Freshers with ITI Electrical or Diploma in Electrical Engineering who are willing to start their career in site supervision. Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
