- Hiring: Engineer, Surveyor & Site Supervisor
- Project: Ayatana Coorg Resort Construction
- Location: Coorg, Karnataka
- We are looking for experienced and responsible Engineers, Surveyors and Site Supervisors to join our construction team for the Ayatana Coorg Resort project.

- 1. Site Engineer

- Key Responsibilities
- * Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- * Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedule.
- * Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and site teams.
- * Monitor quality, materials and workmanship at site.
- * Check measurements and maintain site records, reports and documentation.
- * Coordinate with consultants and management for technical and site-related requirements.
- * Identify and resolve site issues to ensure smooth progress of work.
- * Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures.

- Requirements
- * Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- * Relevant experience in construction, preferably in resort/hotel
- * Positive knowledge of construction practices, drawings and measurements.
- * Ability to manage site teams and coordinate with contractors.
- * Good communication and reporting skills.

- 1. Surveyor

- Key Responsibilities
- * Carry out setting-out and surveying activities at the project site.
- * Conduct levels, measurements and alignment checks as per drawings.
- * Establish and maintain benchmarks and reference points.
- * Verify dimensions, levels and coordinates before and during construction.
- * Work closely with Engineers and Site Supervisors to ensure accurate execution.
- * Maintain survey records, measurements and site documentation.




- * Identify and report any discrepancies between drawings and site conditions.

- Requirements
- * Diploma/ITI or relevant qualification in Surveying/Civil Engineering.
- * Hands-on experience in construction surveying.
- * Experience with Total Station, Auto Level and other surveying equipment.
- * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- * Experience in large-scale construction projects is preferred.

- 1. Site Supervisor

- Key Responsibilities
- * Supervise daily activities of workers and contractors at the site.
- * Ensure work is executed according to instructions, drawings and project requirements.
- * Monitor manpower, materials and daily work progress.
- * Coordinate with Site Engineers and contractors for smooth execution.
- * Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices at site.
- * Report daily progress, manpower and site issues to the Engineer/Project Manager.
- * Follow up on assigned activities and ensure timely completion.

- Requirements
- * ITI/Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
- * Relevant experience in construction site supervision.
- * Good understanding of civil construction activities.
- * Ability to manage workers and coordinate with contractors.
- * Willingness to work at a remote project location in Coorg.
- * Good discipline, communication and coordination skills.

- Preferred Experience
- * Experience in resort, hotel, hospitality or large-scale building construction will be an advantage.
- * Candidates with experience handling hill/remote-location projects will be preferred.
