Role & responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil/construction activities at the site

- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, BOQ, and quality standards

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams for smooth execution

- Track material requirements, consumption, and inventory at site

- Monitor project schedule and flag delays/deviations to the Project Manager

- Ensure adherence to safety norms and statutory compliance at site

- Maintain daily progress reports, site registers, and measurement records

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering

- 2-6 years of experience in residential/real estate construction

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project/Excel

- Robust on-site problem-solving and coordination skills

- Willingness to be based at the project site
