- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Monitor workers, subcontractors, and site activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other site staff.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion.
- Check materials and ensure proper utilization at site.
- Maintain daily site reports and work records.
- Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the site.
- Handle basic site-related issues and coordinate with the project team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Site Supervisor.
- Experience in high-rise residential construction preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of civil construction and site activities.
- Ability to manage workers and contractors effectively.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification preferred.
