Responsibilities and Duties

- Management of site labor, contractors.

- Reporting to head office from site.

- Facilitating project head in all kinds of works as required at site.

- Preparing RA Bills for the Projects (Client and Sub Contractor bills) on a Monthly basis.

- Material Reconciliation
- To check theoretical consumption of steel, cement & other material supplied free of cost to the contractor and make recovery in case of excess Consumption & wastage.

Qualifications and Skills

- Diploma/Degree Civil Engineer
- knowledge of MS Office and familiar with relevant software.

- the ability to think methodically and to manage projects.

- problem-solving skills.

- ability to work to deadlines and within budgets.

- ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
