Construction Supervisor

Location: Ambattur, Chennai

We are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Construction Supervisor to join our growing team at Next Angle Design Studio. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with some site experience who are interested in construction, site execution, and project coordination.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at project sites
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, workers, and site engineers to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor the quality and progress of construction work
- Check materials delivered to the site and ensure they are used appropriately
- Assist in coordinating civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other site-related works
- Identify site issues and communicate them to the project architect/senior team
- Maintain regular updates on project progress, materials, and pending works
- Ensure proper execution of design details and measurements at site
- Assist with site measurements, quantity checks,



and basic documentation
- Follow up with contractors and workers to ensure work is completed within the planned timeline
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper coordination at the project site

Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or a related field
- Freshers are welcome to apply; 0–2 years of site experience is an advantage
- Basic understanding of construction processes and materials
- Ability to read and understand architectural and construction drawings
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Willingness to travel to and work at project sites
- Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, and workers
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility for site execution
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence is an advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
