About the Role

Rohan Corporation is looking for a motivated and technically competent Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites in Mangalore. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and overall site productivity.
- Check measurements and quantities of work completed.
- Review drawings and identify discrepancies or technical issues.
- Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress reports, measurements, and project documentation.




- Ensure proper utilization and timely availability of construction materials.
- Monitor project progress and report delays or site-related issues to the Project Manager.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate inspections and resolve technical issues encountered during execution.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 8+years of relevant experience
- in construction/site execution preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction practices, materials, and site procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret civil/architectural drawings.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Good understanding of measurements, estimation, and quantity calculations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at construction sites in and around Mangalore.Contact us: (phone hidden)

Pay: ₹15,964.27 - ₹40,735.89 per month
