Job Title: Site Engineer

Offered Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Salary no bar for deserving candidates)

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer to manage day-to-day site operations, structural markings, workforce deployment, and material coordination. You will be responsible for ensuring GFC drawing compliance, preparing stagewise Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), maintaining M-Book records, managing site inventory, and enforcing zero-rework quality standards on-site.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Site Preparation & Technical Execution: Coordinate initial site setup (stockyard, labour shed, site office); study structural drawings to carry out accurate layout markings; prepare stagewise Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and concrete pour cards; and guide labour to eliminate work errors.
- Workforce & Operations Management: Plan and allocate daily labour based on activity priorities; track and report subcontractor/labour attendance manually and via Construction Management Software (CMS); and request pre-approvals for specialized machinery/services (breakers, JCBs, pressure grouting, re-barring, waterproofing).
- Material & Equipment Tracking: Post Material Requirement Notes (MRN) through CMS; maintain inward/outward stock registers; verify incoming material receipts on bills, trip sheets, and delivery challans (DC); and ensure proper stacking and maintenance of site tools/machinery.
- Measurements, Billing & Reporting:



Record actual daily work measurements directly into the Measurement Book (M-Book); prepare weekly subcontractor bills and vouchers; and submit monthly progress reports to the Project Manager.
- Quality, Safety & Waste Control: Monitor and minimize labour and material wastage; enforce site safety procedures; and maintain continuous site housekeeping.

Value-Added Responsibilities

- Pre-Concreting Supervision: Perform pre-pour inspections (shuttering alignment, reinforcement checking, and cover block placement) prior to signing concrete pour cards.
- Site Coordination: Liaise directly with storekeepers, quality control staff, and safety officers to maintain smooth operational workflows in office.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 4 – 8 years of relevant site execution experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
- Candidates with experience in Construction (contractor companies) will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
