Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.

- Interpret and execute work based on architectural, structural and MEP drawings.

- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, vendors and site teams.

- Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.

- Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, tiling and other civil works.

- Check dimensions, levels, alignment and workmanship at various stages of construction.

- Verify contractor bills and measurements against actual site execution.

- Plan daily and weekly activities and ensure timely completion of project milestones.





- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.

- Coordinate material procurement and ensure materials are available as per the project schedule.

- Identify site issues and coordinate with the design team for timely resolution.

- Conduct regular quality checks and rectify defects or deviations.

- Maintain site documentation, measurements, checklists and progress records.

- Coordinate with interior execution teams where civil and interior works overlap.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
