We are looking for an experienced Site Coordinator to coordinate and supervise our residential construction and interior projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Valuable experience in residential construction projects
- Experience in interior and finishing works
- Ability to coordinate site activities, workers, subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications and quality standards
- Monitor site progress and maintain project schedules
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients and the office team
- Good communication, problem-solving and site management skills
Experience: Minimum 3 Years Field: Residential Construction & Interior Works
Job Location: Kottayam & Nearby Districts
Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹4.8 LPA, based on skills and experience
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
Work Location: On the road
