Role Description The Site Civil Engineer role at Foxscan is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The individual in this role will conduct on-site structural and civil assessments, focusing on issues such as seepage, dampness, and structural integrity in residential properties.

Daily tasks include reviewing architectural and structural drawings, planning and executing field investigations, documenting observations, and supporting the preparation of evidence-backed diagnostic reports.

Engineer will collaborate closely with certified engineers to analyze findings, ensure data accuracy,



and contribute to clear, unbiased recommendations for homeowners. The role also involves adherence to safety standards, local regulations, and Foxscan’s diagnostic-only, non-repair policy.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to interpret drawings and apply engineering principles on site.
- Experience in planning and coordinating site visits, assessments, and data collection activities for civil engineering projects.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related drainage systems, particularly in the context of seepage and dampness issues.
- Background working as Civil Engineers on structural or residential projects, with familiarity in diagnostics, inspections, or condition assessments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field; relevant skilled certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to write clear, structured technical reports and communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and commitment to evidence-based, unbiased recommendations.
- Willingness to work on-site across the Pune Division and comply with safety protocols and local building regulations.
