Position - : Site Billing Engineer

Location: Kurla / Vikhroli, Mumbai

Experience: 3-5yrs

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

Site Billing Engineer position is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of contractor bills related to high-rise and commercial building projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing, checking, and verifying bills based on actual site work, coordinating with various teams to resolve discrepancies, and maintaining accurate billing records. This role requires a keen eye for detail and excellent coordination skills to ensure seamless billing operations.

Responsibilities

- Prepare, check, and verify Contractor and RA Bills based on actual site work.
- Ensure accuracy in measurements, BOQ, quantities, rates, work orders, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Teams, Contractors, and Accounts to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Address variations and quantity differences efficiently.
- Maintain accurate billing records.
- Ensure timely certification and approval of bills.




- Work closely with project teams to facilitate smooth billing processes.
- Utilize AutoCAD and MS Office for productive bill preparation and verification.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in contractor billing, preferably in high-rise and commercial building projects.
- Proficiency in RA Bills, BOQ, measurements, and rate verification.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Farvision ERP experience is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, coordination, and communication skills.
