Role Description The Shubham Mitra/Partner role is a full-time, in office position based in Lucknow. The partner is responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, explaining Shubham’s housing finance products, and guiding applicants through the end-to-end loan process. Daily activities include conducting field visits, building relationships with local communities and referral partners, collecting and verifying customer information, and coordinating with internal credit and operations teams.

The role also involves maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with company policies,



and working toward sales and portfolio quality targets. The partner is expected to provide clear communication, empathetic customer support, and timely follow-up to help customers successfully secure home loans.

Qualifications

- Strong customer relationship and service skills, with the ability to understand client needs and explain housing finance solutions clearly.
- Sales and business development capabilities, including prospecting, negotiation, and achieving agreed-upon targets.
- Basic financial understanding and documentation skills to support loan applications, verification, and compliance with policies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in local language(s) and clear spoken and written communication in English or Hindi.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, conduct field visits, and collaborate with branch and regional teams.
- Strong integrity, reliability, and attention to detail, with a customer-centric and inclusive approach.
- Prior experience in housing finance, banking, microfinance, or retail financial services is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
