I’m looking for a very strong scriptwriter to work on my personal brand at Konvo Media
.
The goal is simple
Create educational short-form videos that people actually want to watch till the end.
The content will revolve around topics such as:
- India and its development
- Global issues
- Business and economics
- Society and culture
- Geopolitics
- Interesting problems India faces
- Ideas that can help people understand the world better
Most videos will be under 60 seconds .
So we’re not looking for someone who can just “write well.”
We’re looking for someone who understands attention
.
Someone who can take a complicated topic and turn it into:
You should understand how to make an educational video feel interesting without making it clickbait or dumbing it down.
What matters to us
You should ideally have a proven track record of writing high-performing educational content for creators, personal brands, media companies, or similar channels.
You should understand
- Short-form storytelling
- High-retention hooks
- Curiosity gaps
- Simplifying complex ideas
- Research and fact-finding
- Pacing
- Writing in a natural spoken voice
- Why someone would share a video
- Why someone would stop scrolling in the first 2 seconds
Your degree doesn't matter. Your years of experience don't matter nearly as much as your work
.
If you've written educational videos that have generated serious views, that's what we want to see.
This is NOT for:
Generic brand copywriters.
Ad-copy specialists.
Writers who only write captions.
People whose entire process is asking AI to generate a script and lightly rewriting it.
We're looking for someone who can think, research, find the angle, and tell the story.
Role:
Short-Form Educational Scriptwriter
Company:
Konvo Media Private Limited
Location:
Ahmedabad
Focus:
Personal Brand + Educational Content To apply, send:
1. Your best 3–5 scripts/videos you've worked on

Please don't send only a CV.
Show us that you understand how to make people watch.
