Eighteen Pixels India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Shopify Project Manager to support and coordinate Shopify-based e-commerce projects .
Experience: Minimum 1 year working on Shopify projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day tasks for Shopify store development projects
- Support client communication — gather requirements and share updates
- Track project timelines and follow up with developers/designers on task status
- Coordinate with the team on theme customization, app integrations, and store setup
- Assist with basic QA checks on Shopify stores before handover (functionality, responsiveness, checkout flow)
- Help troubleshoot basic Shopify issues (apps, themes, payment gateway setup) and escalate to seniors when needed
- Maintain project documentation and status reports
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience working on Shopify projects (as PM,
coordinator, or developer transitioning into PM)
- Working knowledge of Shopify admin, themes, apps, and basic store setup/configuration
- Basic understanding of e-commerce workflows (product listing, checkout, payment gateways, shipping setup)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar)
- Ability to manage tasks across a couple of projects with support from the team
Positive to Have:
- Basic understanding of Shopify Liquid or theme customization
- Experience working in an agency/client-servicing environment
- Familiarity with third-party Shopify app integrations
