Role Description The Shopify Store Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Jaipur, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the Shopify store, including product listings, collections, pricing, and inventory accuracy. Daily tasks include updating content and images, monitoring store performance, managing discounts and promotions, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from browsing to checkout.

Manager will coordinate with marketing teams to implement campaigns, track conversion metrics, and improve store design and user experience. Additional responsibilities include handling basic customer queries related to orders, collaborating with operations for timely fulfillment,



and generating regular reports on sales, traffic, and key performance indicators.

Qualifications

- Strong Shopify store management skills, including product setup, inventory updates, navigation/menu configuration, and basic theme customization.
- Knowledge of e-commerce operations such as order processing, returns management, payment gateways, and shipping configuration.
- Experience with digital marketing and e-commerce growth strategies, including SEO for product pages, social media integrations, and campaign tracking.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Shopify analytics and other tools to monitor sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Solid understanding of UX best practices for online stores, with attention to detail in layout, content clarity, and mobile responsiveness.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for product descriptions, customer communication, and internal coordination.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Previous experience in e-commerce or online retail management is preferred; familiarity with other platforms (e.g., WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field is desirable, or equivalent practical experience in managing online stores.
