- Manage shift operations of the Rolling Mill and achieve daily production targets.

- Monitor the complete rolling process from billet charging to finished product.

- Control and monitor rolling speed, temperature, pass schedule and mill parameters.

- Handle operation of roughing, intermediate and finishing stands.

- Ensure proper roll setting, roll gap and guide setting as per product requirement.

- Monitor mill cobbles, loopers, shears and pinch rolls during operation.

- Ensure proper billet feeding and material flow through the mill.

- Maintain required product size, shape and quality as per specifications.

- Coordinate with furnace, mechanical, electrical and quality teams.

- Troubleshoot operational issues and minimize mill stoppages and production losses.

- Manage manpower deployment and supervise operators during the shift.

- Maintain shift-wise production, downtime and rejection reports.

- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards and housekeeping.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
