Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Shift Manager to manage day-to-day restaurant operations during the assigned shift. The candidate will be responsible for team handling, customer service, food quality, hygiene, inventory, and achieving operational and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise restaurant operations during the assigned shift.
- Ensure smooth opening, running, and closing of the restaurant.
- Manage and allocate duties to the kitchen, service, and delivery teams.
- Ensure proper staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Monitor food quality, preparation standards, portion control, and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Monitor customer orders and ensure timely and accurate order dispatch.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and FIFO practices.
- Ensure proper cash handling and billing procedures.
- Monitor delivery operations and coordinate with delivery riders.
- Achieve shift-wise sales and operational targets.




- Prepare and maintain shift reports and communicate important updates to the Store Manager.
- Support training and onboarding of new employees.
- Ensure company SOPs and policies are followed at all times.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager to improve store performance and customer experience.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of QSR/restaurant operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualification Minimum: Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant QSR experience.

Experience

2–4 years of experience in QSR, restaurant, food service, or hospitality operations. Candidates with experience as Shift In-charge, Shift Leader, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or Senior Team Leader can also be considered.
