Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SharePoint / Nintex / K2 Analyst to manage, support, troubleshoot and enhance enterprise-level Microsoft SharePoint environments and workflow platforms. The candidate will be responsible for SharePoint administration, infrastructure support, K2/Nintex workflows, platform stability, troubleshooting and collaboration with technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, maintain and support Microsoft SharePoint 2016/2019 environments.
- Provide infrastructure and production support for SharePoint-based applications.
- Manage and support K2 5.x and/or Nintex Workflow platforms.
- Perform SharePoint, K2 and Nintex configuration, deployment, scripting and troubleshooting.
- Monitor platform performance and conduct environment health checks and audits.
- Provide Level 3 technical support for complex SharePoint/K2/Nintex issues.
- Support SharePoint application architecture, implementation, testing and deployment.
- Develop and maintain technical, architectural and infrastructure documentation.
- Review backup, recovery and disaster-readiness procedures.
- Identify infrastructure gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with Active Directory, Network, Security and Infrastructure teams.
- Work with Microsoft, K2, Nintex and other vendors for product-level issue resolution.
- Support enterprise SharePoint environments and ensure platform stability, scalability and availability.
- Develop/support custom SharePoint solutions using PowerShell, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, XML/XSL,



C# and .NET.
- Work with MS SQL Server for SharePoint-related applications and solutions.

Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of overall IT experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2016/2019.
- 3–8 years of relevant SharePoint/K2/Nintex experience.
- Experience with K2 5.x and/or Nintex Workflow.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint farm architecture and infrastructure.
- Experience with SharePoint Search, Service Applications and Identity Management.
- Strong SharePoint administration, troubleshooting and production support experience.
- Working knowledge of SharePoint Online, Office 365 and Azure.
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell.
- Knowledge of C# / .NET.
- Working knowledge of MS SQL Server.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level SharePoint environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.

- K2 package deployment and identity synchronization.
- Nintex workflow administration/development.
- Secure Store, UPA, Managed Metadata, SSRS and MIM.
- Active Directory, networking and firewall concepts.
- SharePoint Online / Azure PaaS.
- Visual Studio-based SharePoint solutions.
- Microsoft SharePoint / Office 365 / Azure certifications.
- Agile methodology experience.

Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have strong ownership of production environments, excellent troubleshooting abilities and the ability to collaborate with multiple technical teams and business stakeholders.

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
