Job Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor production activities during assigned shift as per SOPs.

- Ensure proper shift handover and takeover with accurate documentation.

- Monitor process parameters and report deviations immediately.

- Coordinate with Quality Control for sampling, testing, and approvals.

- Ensure use of approved and updated log sheets.

- Supervise operators and contract workers during the shift.

- Follow safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards.

- Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment.

- Support routine maintenance and work permit compliance.

- Make timely ERP/log book entries related to shift activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering.

- Experience in plant or shift operations preferred.

- Good understanding of SOPs, safety, and quality systems.

- Basic computer and ERP knowledge.

- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
