SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Consultant

Experience Required - 3-5 Years

- Minimum experience in one Compensation and Variable Pay implementation or support project.
- Valuable understanding of Compensation planning, Variable Pay processes, worksheets, budgets, and eligibility rules.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide functional support for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules, including issue resolution and user assistance.
- Manage service requests, incidents, and enhancement requests, ensuring timely resolution in line with agreed SLAs.
- Configure and maintain compensation templates, guidelines, budgets, eligibility rules, and planner permissions as per business requirements.
- Support Compensation and Variable Pay cycle activities, including testing, data validation, worksheet launch, and post-launch support.
- Perform testing for configuration changes and releases.

Maintain process documentation, knowledge articles, and configuration records while identifying opportunities for process improvement
