Role Description:

- The ServiceNow Technical Architect will design and oversee end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical best practices.
- This full time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves collaborating with stakeholders to define architecture, leading technical design sessions, and guiding development teams on implementation standards.
- The architect will be responsible for configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules, managing integrations with external systems, and supporting performance optimization and scalability.
- Day-to-day activities also include reviewing solution quality, maintaining technical documentation, mentoring team members, and ensuring adherence to governance and security guidelines.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong Technical Architecture skills, including designing scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions with 8+ ServiceNow architecture experience.
- Candidates should possess Software Development skills, such as scripting in JavaScript, ServiceNow configuration, and customization of applications and workflows.
- Candidates should possess Solution Architecture skills to translate business needs into technical designs and roadmap plans.
- Candidates should possess Integration skills for connecting ServiceNow with third-party systems and enterprise tools using APIs and integration frameworks.
- Candidates should possess Enterprise Architecture skills, including understanding of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and alignment with overall technology strategy.
- Relevant experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Developer, with hands-on work across multiple ServiceNow modules.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, security best practices, and ITIL processes; ServiceNow certifications are highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams on-site in Bengaluru.
