Role: ServiceNow TPRM/PSM Developer & Administrator

Exp: 8-12 Years

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules such as TPRM, PSM, Custom Applications.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow flow designers, UI policies, and business rules.
- Process Implementation
- Align ServiceNow processes with ITIL best practices.
- Design and implement integrations with third-party systems.
- Automate routine tasks using ServiceNow scripting.
- Document technical specifications, processes and procedures for ServiceNow TPRM & PSM processes.
- Adhere to ServiceNow coding best practices, manage solutions within update sets and contribute to the overall platform governance strategy.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
- Provide technical support for post-implementation issues.
- Reporting
- Develop dashboards and reports for operational insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Expertise




- Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Development and Administration.
- Strong Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideAPI’s, and ServiceNow APIs.
- Experience with ServiceNow Integrations with third-party systems.
- Basic knowledge in Service Portal concepts.
- Process Knowledge
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
- Experience
- 5 to 9 years of ServiceNow development/administration experience.
- Soft Skills
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Experience with ServiceNow TPRM, PSM, or GRC modules.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
